Return Policy & Warranty Information

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products for an exchange or refund†, at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, within 90 days‡ of purchase.

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. Please try on your boots or shoes indoors and with the socks you intend to wear before going outside. Once the tags are removed and the shoes are worn outside, they will not be accepted for a return. Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached to be eligible for return.

If a product is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. 

In some cases, products shipping directly from the supplier must be returned directly to the supplier. The Return Wizard will guide you through the return process and indicate which products may be returned to Sgoudreault and which must be returned directly to the supplier.

†Without Proof of Purchase:

For products returned without proof of purchase (in the case of a gift), we will gladly exchange the product for an identical product or issue a refund in the form of a Sgoudreault credit, using the lowest price offered in the last 365 days plus applicable sales tax.

Exceptions

Sgoudreault operates in alignment with our returns policy, Vision and Values when processing returns and asks our Customers to do the same. We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges. Other restrictions may apply.
